You agree not to
- Use GuardKin for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Upload, store, or share data you do not have the right to, or impersonate another person or entity.
- Access, or attempt to access, an account, vault, or estate record that is not yours and was not lawfully designated to you.
- Attempt to circumvent the encryption boundary, the consent model, or the audit chain — or to derive keys the service is designed never to hold.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service except under our responsible disclosure policy, or breach any security or authentication measure.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service — including denial-of-service attempts, automated scraping, or sending malware.
- Reverse engineer the service except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by law.
- Use the service to harass, defraud, or harm others, or to store unlawful content.
Fair use of automated access
Access the service only through the interfaces we provide. Do not use bots, scrapers, or unauthorized automated means that place an unreasonable load on the service or attempt to harvest data.
Responsible disclosure is welcome
Good-faith security research is encouraged, not punished. If you discover a vulnerability, report it under our security disclosure policy and give us a reasonable window to remediate. We will not pursue researchers who act in good faith within that policy.
Enforcement
Violations may result in suspension or termination of access. Where the law requires, or where people are at risk, we cooperate with valid legal process — always with the privacy and notice commitments set out in our Privacy Policy and Trust Center.
