GuardKin bills the firm, per advisor.

One rate, billed once a year. Clients are unlimited and are never billed. GuardKin does not bill an executor.

This is the only published rate. There are no tiers and no per-client charge.

Who is billed

Only the firm is billed.

A firm buys seats for its advisors. Nobody else in the chain is asked to pay.

The firm pays.
$1,500 per advisor seat, per year, billed annually. The order form the firm signs states the number of seats, the term and the renewal.
Advisors do not pay.
An advisor uses a seat that the firm has bought.
Clients do not pay.
A firm can invite as many clients as its advisors serve. There is no per-client charge and no client cap. Individuals cannot buy GuardKin directly yet; where a firm offers it, the firm pays.
Executors do not pay.
GuardKin does not bill an executor. A person who receives a handover is not a customer.

Seats

An advisor uses a seat. That is the billing unit.
A firm administrator uses one only when they are the advisor of record for a client. An administrator with no clients does not.
A compliance officer does not use a seat.
At the number ordered, the next advisor invitation is refused. Everyone already on GuardKin keeps working.
More seats come by a signed order. The console has a Request more seats button. GuardKin sends the order, and the seats are added once it is signed and paid.
